Starting out at as a humble meat locker in Stony Plain, AB in 1946, North Central Co-op now has 30 locations, serves seven communities, and has over 100,000 members in and around Edmonton. While everyone is welcome to shop at North Central Co-op, member-owners share in their profits. In the past 5 years, North Central Co-op allocated just over $12 million in equity to its members and also made considerable capital investments in the community. They offer food, fuel, convenience, home and building supplies and liquor products and services.
Owned and operated by husband and wife team Randal and Jan Gillett, the brewery and taproom is truly
“FROM”, “IN” AND “FOR” our local community.
Committing both time and resources, they have always had a heart for the Tri-Region.
